I wrote this in the return and report section, then figured that it would be appropriate to post here too. Our first ever nude experience was at Orvis hot springs. I had been wanting to try something clothing optional for a while, but Arwen was uneasy about it, so we agreed that we'd try a clothing optional hot springs, but we'd stay clothed unless we really felt comfortable with the situation. We stayed overnight in the cabin (which was great) and soaked all day. There were a variety of hot springs all varying in temperature, and the grounds were beautifully kept. The people there were very friendly although we thought it a little odd that there were so many men naked and most of the women were wearing bathing suits (ironically, the next day was the opposite). The next morning, we went to Ouray to explore. On our drive back to Orvis, Arwen mentioned that she'd be okay with going in nude when we got back. It was a little awkward at first, although we quickly got used to it. Ever since, we've been very keen on clothing optional recreation - especially hot springs.
