This technique has been improving morale in my company for the past several years now, except it is not restricted to Fridays.

I've been doing this in my home office for a couple of years now, and I'm happy. We've had a hot, muggy spell lately and it's just too hot to wear clothes. I've even almost convinced my wife to go bottomless to help heal a heat rash. The skin needs to breathe and not be rubbed by synthetic fabrics.

Nude at work. Great idea gives new meaning to casual friday. Some occupation may not be compatable such as law enforcement, cooks, corrections.
